The business venture began in 1999 as the Knoxville Black Pages with only a desk, the names of about 30 black owned businesses in Knoxville, a very much appreciated out dated computer and enough money for city and county business licenses, a concept, and a briefly written business plan. The business expanded to Black Pages East TN and that name was recently changed in 2008 to the NMP Business Pages to further expand our company's mission.
Kenneth Sr. (President) is a native of Cleveland Ohio. He received a B.S. degree in Business from Knoxville College in Knoxville, TN and currently is an inspector for Cook's Pest Control with a background also in Food Services, Staffing and Youth Services. Ken is also the Vice Basileus of the Mu Mu Mu chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in West Georgia.
Jacquelyn (Moore) (Vice President) is a native of Knoxville, TN. She received a B.S. degree in Home Economics with a major in Child and Family Studies from the University of TN Knoxville. She solely runs and operates NMP Information Services and has been very involved in many community projects over the years with a background in Youth Services and Marketing. Jacquelyn is also a member of the DCP Alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. in West Georgia.
Kenneth and Jacquelyn enjoy spending time with their son Kenneth Jr. and are members of Shaw Temple A.M.E. Zion Church and the family motto is "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13.
